NOTICE OF THE SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING REF.3/3/1

Mr. L.N Mambila, The Municipal Manager, as duly instructed by the Speaker of the Great Kei Local Municipality (Cllr. N. P. Mgema) hereby gives notice that in terms of Section 19 (b) of the Municipal Systems Act, 32 of 2000, that a Special Council Meeting of the Great Kei Municipality will be held as follows:
