APPROVAL OF THE DRAFT SERVICE DELIVERY AND BUDGET IMPLEMENTATION PLAN (SDBIP) FOR 2018/2019
Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 14 (2) of the Municipal Budget and Reporting Regulations of 2009 reads together with Section 68 of MFMA, that the Draft Service delivery and Budget implementation Plan was tabled on the 29th March 2018 council meeting. An SDBIP is a detailed plan approved by the Mayor of a Municipality for implementing the Municipality’s delivery of municipal services and its annual budget in terms of the approved Integrated Development Plan.
Accordingly, copies of the approved draft 2018/19 service delivery and budget implementation plan will be available for scrutiny during office hours 08h00 – 16h30 at the following offices:
Great Kei Local Municipality, No 17 Main Road Komga
Kei mouth satellite office
Chintsa satellite office
Haga-haga
